IMPORTANT: For non-event (permanent location) "rubber type" stamps: single-color and no saturation/brightness changes in HSV (see below) other than hatching patterns of the same hue or variations of transparency. We will apply an imperfect inking of the rubber stamp, i.e. some ink fading effects.
These stamps need transparent background.
Multi-color, i.e. any HSV (HSB) values, is possible ONLY for event stamps. We will always apply a serrated frame to avoid patching over other stamps on passports.
